DAY-OF DETAILS

  • Arrive between 8:30am & 10:00 am

    • Check in, grab your swag bag, and purchase an Impact pass to enhance your score

    • Grab a breakfast sandwich sponsored by Heartman Insurance and some coffee provided by MOKA

    • Bid on our amazing silent auction items!

    • Grab a complimentary welcome drink provided by Tito’s and get some practice putts in

  • Gather around 10:15am for announcements

    • Get caught up on the rules from the course officials

    • A few words from Matt to remind us why we’re all here today!

  • Shotgun start is at 10:30am

    • Enjoy your round of golf and be sure to turn your scorecard in at the pro shop when you’ve finished

  • Dinner and happy hour will take place after your round

    • Enjoy the bar courtesy of GeoTek, keep bidding on silent auction items, and listen to our wonderful guest speaker during dinner!

RULES

  • Shotgun start

    • Your foursome will be assigned your starting hole at check-in

  • Scramble style

    • Play the best ball

  • Every foursome has the opportunity to purchase an Impact Pass ($100) which includes:

    • 2 mulligans

      • When using a mulligan, all four members get to re-hit!

    • Minus 1 Stroke

      • After your round, subtract 1 from your score!

    • 1 Red Ball

      • Your team will get a red ball. Rotate who hits it every shot. If you still have the ball at the end of the tournament, your team is entered to win the 50/50!
