This tournament is held in honor of Isabel “Isa” Humphrey, a beautiful baby girl who’s infectious smile and full head of hair captured hearts during her short but powerful life. Her legacy lives on through Isabel’s Impact, a foundation created by her family to support others walking a similar path. Through your generosity, Isa’s story continues to shine a light, bringing hope and healing to families who need it most.

Matt Humphrey and Janelle Santos welcomed Isabel “Isa” in April of 2024. She brought so much joy to their family. However, she developed significant feeding issues leading to hospitalization and was unexpectedly diagnosed with heart failure. Isa passed away while awaiting heart transplant on July 31st, 2024.

She selflessly became one of Mayo Clinic’s youngest organ donors ever and in this way, along with the impact of her foundation, continues to live on.

Isabel’s Impact Foundation raises funds to support COTA. The families needing COTAs assistance are going through the unimaginable and the compounding expenses can be even more overwhelming. Your generosity and contributions to Isabel’s Impact mean the world. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly to these families.
